Doing strength training 3 times per week will help you build muscles. The good news with that is that the more muscles you have, the more calories you burn during the day WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING !!! Doesn’t this motivate you to build some muscles ?

DO CARDIO
Cardio is the fastest way to burn extra calories and to improve your global health. It can be hard to motivate yourself to do some cardio but tell yourself that if you burn 400 kcal doing cardio, you could have a 400 kcal snack. That’s 400 kcal that you couldn’t have eaten before if you stick to your diet

There is no holy grail when it comes to fat burning

Some will say weight lifting, some will say cardio, some will swear on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). The truth is, it doesn’t matter and there is no significant difference. The BEST exercise for you is the one you will be motivated to do. I would recommend doing a bit of cardio as well as a bit of strength training.

EXPERIMENT ! And find what works the best for you. It’s a matter of discipline. Going running one time is not going to make you drop 2 kg. It’s a long term investment
